Hi to all, I apologize to everybody that I should have kept in contact with over the Holidays, but sadly I was unable. My computer's monitor died during a power outage (But the fuse on the power strip didn't blow). That means that until I save up enough money to get a new monitor ($100-ish) or (better yet) a new computer ($2000-ish), I can't see what I'm doing on my computer. All the source code and projects I was working on therefore are stuck. I defintely will continue making little programs like the others but also I will be trying to type up white papers of my thoughts on solving algorithms for the games, with pseudo code and stuff, in hopes that this sort of freeware programming will be of interest to other programmers out there who would like to try their hand at this sort of thing. And obviously if you make a freeware solving program for ANY game, I will gladly link to you or even help you set up a winsite account (I prefer winsite because I don't have to worry about the link ever becoming dead). Since I'm at school now, I can check my email again, so I will be sorting through all of that fun stuff and replying to each if possible, no matter how old it may be....

Thanks again for all your support,

Well, FreeWhack (a program for Whack Down) has been done since Halloween and I uploaded it that day, but it appears that the people over at Winsite.com go home for the weekend or something. But it's been uploaded, they are just taking their time...... Here's the scoop about the program: It plays great, as long as you know that FreeWhomp works on your computer without any problems. The dictionary is still missing the occasional word, and I'd love it if you'd send me an email telling me the missing words, and FreeWhack will be recompiled the very next day!

Next on my agenda, a program for freecell......

See you later,

Updates, Updates, Updates...... FreeT21 is now 1.0.2. FreeWhomp is now 1.5.6. And I added a new program called FreeKeno, which, coincidentally, plays Keno for you...... Freewhomp should fix about half of the disconnect errors (only the soft ones), and FreeT21 now has a RaNDom timing function, as people requested......
My current projects are as follows:

FreePop - Plays Poppit - It's technically done, but I want to improve the algorithms a bunch, and I have a thought how, but I don't know how to implement it. If you're a person who feels that they're good at algorithms, email me and I'll communicate my thoughts and get your thoughts...... Any help would be much appreciated.....

FreePopFu - Plays PopFu - It's been done except for the reading of the screen. Since I'm not a Club Pogo member, this project has been delayed slightly.... If you have a club pogo pass (5 day version) that you're willing to give to me, I could get a lot done in five days......

FreeWhack - Plays WhackDown - Again done except for reading of the screen and clicking stuff, because I'm not in Club Pogo......

FreePdfc - Plays PayDay Freecell - Kind of put on the back burner, but it just needs me to take the time to program in each individual card and how to click them......

Future projects - Once in club pogo, I've gotten requests to make something for ShowBiz 2. While I've never played it, I'm sure that it can't be too difficult. I also want to make something for Bingo, High Stakes Poker, I'm told Dice Derby isn't that hard to make. Eventually hearts, spades, and dominos will get real card counters for them. HammerHead pool is also on this list, and I think I've figured out a way to make it that wouldn't involve so much math.....

Well, that's about it.... Have fun 'til next time,

I've uploaded a newer version of FreeT21 to winsite.com which hopefully fixes the error '6'. Winsite is usually inundated with people submitting their programs, so the way to tell if it's the updated version is that the new version number is 1.0.1..... If that doesn't fix the situation, please email me about it, and i'll go back to square one.....

Thanks!

FreeT21 has been released and it plays extrememly well. It averages about 14 or 15 blackjacks a round and on the highest speed setting, a game is done in just 11 seconds. Not bad? It can be downloaded here from my web site.
FreeWhomp has been updated (1.5.5) with not only memory optimizations but also a method to increase your gaming security while using my program. It no longer clicks on exactly the same spot, just like a human. Now my time will be spent on PopFu/Poppit and making them work right....

Have Fun Everybody!

It's been a while since I've update this blog, it's about time to I guess. The FreeWhomp section has been update and now it's actually a satifactory explaination of the program, which I get tons of email asking me questions about. With help of a friend in Australia (Panther), I'm creating a program for PopFu, which is a Club Pogo game that appearently frustrates many people once you get so high...... I'm told that only one person have every completed the entire game, so hopefully that will change soon..... Also related to PopFu, my program for Poppit is comming along nicely. Actually, long ago, Poppit was the first program that I tried create something for, but I had massive errors in the recursive stuff, So with PopFu I decided to redo everything from scratch, and things are alot more promising now..... Also, Turbo21 is getting fixed, it reads the cards correctly, but I've got errors in my logic that I'm getting worked out. Payday Freecell is also going to get a program, which is actually going to be a front end for Michael Mann's C++ Version of Freecell Solver. I trust he doesn't mind, because it too is released under the GNUGPL and I also sent him an email asking his blessing, and it was ignored......

In the future, I plan to do something with Hammerhead Pool and Bingo..... Probably bingo will be done first because it will be easier but still just as important......

Catch Everyone Later,
